Each order required a processor to manually open the document, read through it, and re-type buyer name, seller name, property address, lender info, and purchase price into SoftPro — then cross-check against the original. The solution

We built an n8n workflow that watches a shared inbox for new order emails and attachments. Claude (Anthropic's vision-capable LLM) reads each document — PDFs, scanned contracts, forwarded emails — and extracts every structured field: buyer, seller, property, lender, purchase price, closing date, and special instructions. n8n validates the extracted data against a schema, flags any ambiguous fields for a one-click human review, and pushes clean records directly into SoftPro via API. The processor sees a pre-filled file — they confirm and move on.
