Manual chain-of-title work was time-intensive and prone to quality risk because analysts had to inspect and reconcile records document by document over long ownership periods. Teams needed to reduce missed transfers, incorrect ordering, and duplicate entries while keeping documentation external-facing and confidentiality-safe without exposing internal processing logic.
Solution
XtractSol implemented a secure collection and reconstruction workflow for chain-of-title records, including county auditor data in Ohio and other regional public-record sources. Relevant ownership attributes such as grantor, grantee, recording date, sale price, and instrument number were extracted and standardized into a consistent schema to support reliable downstream review.
The workflow then rebuilt ownership transfer history in chronological order and stored results in structured JSON linked to source documents in cloud storage. This improved auditability and verification speed while keeping process communication at a high-level overview suitable for client-facing documentation.
