Challenge

Manual document review created delays and inconsistency because contract details had to be identified field by field for every incoming file. Differences in document quality and scanned formats made extraction less reliable, and the resulting data was harder to reuse consistently across teams and tools.

Solution

XtractSol implemented OCR to extract readable text from scanned and digital purchase contract PDFs, then applied OpenAI-based processing to identify required contract fields and format them into a structured output. This created a repeatable transformation from document content to system-ready data without requiring document-by-document manual parsing.

The structured output was prepared for reuse across multiple internal workflows, improving operational consistency and reducing repeated data handling. External-facing documentation remains confidentiality-safe by focusing on business outcomes and high-level capabilities rather than proprietary prompt or processing logic.
