Challenge

Manual generation of title commitments is complex and time-consuming because teams must assemble fixed legal sections and variable record data without introducing formatting or insertion errors. A scalable solution needed to handle both flexible content generation and strict template structure requirements within one workflow.

Solution

XtractSol implemented a two-path document generation approach. One path uses OpenAI to generate commitment content dynamically from title search data with section-level guidance and expected formatting, supporting variable scenarios without requiring manual composition for each case.

The second path uses static templates where user-provided values are mapped into predefined sections, including Notice, Commitment to Issue Policy, and schedules. Together, these paths provide a practical balance between controlled document structure and adaptive content generation while keeping communication focused on high-level workflow outcomes.
